Returns & Refunds Policy

The following is our returns/refunds policy:

  • The customer has 30 days to return an item for a refund. This 30-day period is limited solely to items sold/shipped within North America.
    • All items sold/shipped outside of North America are considered to be sold as "as-is" with no warranties, no returns, and no refunds.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Any item sold "as-is" is not eligible for a return and/or refund unless our description is in error.
  • From time to time, we may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@bmebearings.com.
  • Products must be in same condition as sold to be eligible for a return and refund.
  • You (the buyer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping/freight costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Any returns and refunds information specified on a product listing which conflicts with this policy takes precedence over this Returns/Refunds Policy for that specific product.
  • Contact us about returns and refunds using the "Contact Us" form on our website or call us at 877-859-3015. We ask you do not request a return/refund via our live chat.
  • If you paid for your purchase via PayPal or Apple Pay, you may have other dispute resolution options available.
