Shipping/Freight Policy
The following is our shipping/freight policy:
- We ship almost all items within 1 business day of cleared payment.
- We ship USPS, UPS, and freight.
- We can ship on your account.
- If you will be shipping freight, please be sure to provide all delivery contact information including a phone number. We will need to know if you have a fork lift or dock.
- We reserve the right to cancel freight shipments to residential addresses that are incorrectly marked as freight shipments to business addresses.
- We provide shipping tracking information to our customers. If you do not receive relevant tracking info please contact us so we can rectify the issue.
- For returns, the buyer must pay all return shipping/freight.
- Any shipping information specified on a product listing takes precedence over this Shipping/Freight Policy for that specific product.
