New Surplus / Open Box. The unit is functionally unused but has sustained cosmetic and external enclosure damage during storage or transport. The top panel has a distinct downward bow/sag. There are heavy, deep scratches, gouges, and paint scrapes on the top cover and upper side panels (see photos for exact condition). Internally, the coils and core appear unaffected. Sold as-is.
